Safetyline Jalousie louvres were selected for their ability to deliver controlled airflow without compromising the building’s architectural expression or the strict performance requirements associated with high-rise construction.

Installed across balconies and podium levels, the louvres integrate seamlessly into the tower’s design, providing ventilation, comfort and fall-prevention compliance in areas where conventional window types were unsuitable. The Adina Pentridge Hotel transforms one of Melbourne’s most significant heritage sites into a contemporary accommodation precinct, with a new tower designed by Cox Architecture providing a refined contrast to the original bluestone buildings.
