Nestled into Sydney’s lower north shore, Harbour View Residences in Neutral Bay comprises eight boutique apartments arranged over seven levels, with just two residences per floor. Designed by Imperial Apartments to capture panoramic views across the harbour, city and eastern suburbs, the project called for a window system that could open each apartment fully to its outlook while maintaining the refined, high-end character of the development. Safetyline Jalousie’s SJ Thermique louvres were specified throughout, with 16 windows supplied across the eight residences.
The thermally broken SJ Thermique system allows residents to enjoy generous natural ventilation without compromising year-round comfort, reducing heat transfer through the frame and supporting the building’s energy performance. Combined with reliable air- and water-tight sealing and inbuilt fall-prevention compliance, the louvres deliver the openness and connection to the harbour that defines the project, while quietly meeting the performance demands of premium multi-residential living.
