That’s why we established Suppliers Declare — part of the global Declare movement — to work with architects, builders, consultants, and other manufacturers to advocate for greater transparency and more sustainable product choices.
In partnership with Australian Architects Declare, we’re proud to support the National Product Aware Symposium, a collaborative event series that introduces Product Aware, a platform designed to make building product data more transparent, consistent, and accessible.

Why It Matters
Material choices have a ripple effect, influencing human health, climate, biodiversity, and human rights. Yet there’s no single, agreed-upon definition of what makes a product “sustainable,” leading to knowledge gaps and greenwashing risks.
Product Aware aims to solve this by:
- Creating a shared framework for sustainability information
- Giving specifiers a central place to find reliable data
- Allowing suppliers to demonstrate their transparency commitments
