Another delivery of over 300 Safetyline Jalousie Louvres has been dispatched this month for Fleetwood’s relocatable classrooms. Fleetwood’s range of architecturally designed modular buildings are manufactured offsite in their factories and are then transported to different school sites for installation. The classrooms which act as either temporary or permanent structures offer students a safe, comfortable and vibrant space to learn and with the added benefit of being built off site, this in-turn reduces disruption to students and teachers that a normal build might create.
DET QLD selected Safetyline Jalousie Louvres to be incorporated into their classrooms as they offered maximum air-flow, unmatched performance ratings and inbuilt security. Most importantly though, they could be manufactured quickly and installed within the buildings prior to transport – whereas other louvre products would need to be glazed and fitted on site, therefore saving both valuable time and money.
The classrooms are an ongoing project for Safetyline Jalousie and the next louvre order will be making its way to Queensland in June.
